The software does not provide medical advice, does not diagnose conditions, and does not prescribe treatment.
All outputs are advisory only and are not a substitute for the independent clinical judgment of a licensed healthcare professional. Users remain solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of the information presented and for making all clinical decisions regarding patient care.
Human Oversight Required
All summaries, insights, and recommendations generated by the Virtuoso’s AI driven tools must be reviewed, validated, and approved by a qualified clinician prior to use in patient care.
Model Limitations / Population Fit
Virtuoso’s AI-driven tools use statistical and machine-learning techniques that may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or clinically inappropriate outputs. Performance may vary across patient populations, including geriatric patients and individuals with complex comorbidities, polypharmacy, cognitive impairment, or atypical presentations. Outputs must be independently verified against the source record and clinical standards of care prior to use. The tools are not a substitute for medication reconciliation, dosing verification, or evaluation of drug–drug interactions, contraindications, or age-related dosing considerations.

- Applicable laws, regulations, or scope‑of‑practice requirements

Data Source Limitations
