Yardi Systems, Inc. and its affiliates (together, “Yardi”) are committed to preventing modern slavery in our business and supply chains. Modern slavery includes slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labor, human trafficking and child labor.
Yardi believes that everyone is entitled to all internationally recognized human rights and that everyone has a responsibility to recognize and respect the rights of others. Yardi has zero tolerance for all forms of modern slavery.
Our Business and Supply Chains
Yardi is a provider of high-performance software solutions for the real estate industry.
Due to the nature of our business and our approach to governance, we believe that there is a very low risk of modern slavery in our business and supply chains.
However, we are committed to implementing policies and controls to ensure our supply chains are free from all forms of modern slavery.
Policies and Controls
Yardi requires all suppliers, service providers and vendors (collectively, “vendors”) to comply with local laws, including laws regarding labor practices.
We communicate our position of zero tolerance for modern slavery to our vendors by way of this Modern Slavery Statement, which is published on Yardi’s website, and we conduct risk based due diligence reviews of new and existing vendors.
Yardi will not support or deal with any business that we know to be involved in modern slavery.
We have implemented a Modern Slavery Policy to increase awareness within our business of modern slavery risks.
Yardi maintains whistleblowing policies and procedures to ensure that employees can confidentially report concerns and to ensure that such concerns are investigated and resolved appropriately.
We will periodically review the effectiveness of our policies and controls to safeguard against modern slavery within our business and supply chains.
