Tenant Screening Services. The latest version of these Flat Fees by State for Tenant Screening Services (FFS TSS), which will be updated from time to time by RentGrow, Inc., is incorporated into the agreement or terms of use that apply to the Tenant Screening Services you license.
Flat Fees. Regardless of the Fees outlined in your Agreement or Terms of Use, you may choose to implement the packages and pricing below to help ensure compliance with state laws that limit screening service fees or require fee disclosures. These packages are offered on a per-unit, per-year basis and are billed monthly.

Payment Terms. If you elect to implement any of the above packages for any Property, billing will start on the first day of the month following the date the corresponding Property is activated for use of the screening Services, and Fees will be due within 30 days of invoice. All prices, fees and payment terms are subject to change by RentGrow.
Services included.
All Premium and Premium Plus packages include:
i. Premium Credit Screening and Social Security Fraud Check.
ii. Premium National Criminal Screening including national criminal search, national sex offender search, and OFAC/SDN Terrorist search.
iii. Civil Court Records pertaining to landlord and tenant disputes. NOT INCLUDED FOR NEW YORK.
iv. Rental Payment History Screening, including records from the Experian RentBureau National Rental Data Exchange and collections data from multi-family collection agencies.
v. Supplemental Criminal Search will be included for applicants from the following states because they provide limited criminal data to national repositories: AL, CA, CO, DC, DE, ID, LA, MA, NV, SD, VA, WY.
Premium Supplemental States also include:
i. Supplemental Criminal Search will be included for Properties from the following states because they provide limited criminal data to national repositories: AL, CA, CO, DC, DE, ID, LA, MA, NV, SD, VA, WY.
Premium Plus Standard States also include:
i. The Work Number and Nova Verification Services.
Premium Plus Supplemental States also include:
i. Supplemental Criminal Search will be included for Properties from the following states because they provide limited criminal data to national repositories: AL, CA, CO, DC, DE, ID, LA, MA, NV, SD, VA, WY.
ii. The Work Number and Nova Verification Services.
