Yardi uses certain service providers or data processors to assist in providing various services in its role as a data controller (“Service Providers”). A Service Provider is a vendor engaged by Yardi who agrees to process personal data on behalf of Yardi in accordance with: (1) Yardi’s instructions; and (2) the terms of a written contract between Yardi and the Service Provider that in particular impose obligations to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures in such a manner that processing will meet the requirements of data protection law as appropriate.
